Fanfare FP-TRO Receiver / Translator for HD-Radio^TM + analog

First introduced at NAB '06, the FP-TRO, quite literally, replaces the necessity for
typical exciter demodulation and remodulation at the translator site. Instead, the
"TRO" converts the modulated carrier internally from one frequency in the
FM broadcast band to any other frequency within the band.

Not only that, recent field tests have shown the TRO capable of translating cleanly,
to the second adjacent, and in many cases to the first adjacent, without any
visible(scope)or aural interference. To complete the installation, a linearized
PA is required.

In summary, a TRO-equipped translator does not demodulate the signal, and there-
fore, does not impinge on any intellectual property for which licensing may be
required.

Fanfare FT1AP Translator / Monitor Receiver

The FT-1AP, FM-only monitor as well as the FTA-100P AM/FM is designed to serve
at any translator site. However, its claim to fame is in its ablility to function where reception is difficult, due either to adjacent, co-channel or multipath problems, as required where other receivers experience difficulty. The FT1AP  also shows excellent rejection of strong signals, in particular those from the translator transmitter that appears to swamp the front ends of other receivers.

In addition, the FT1AP has been built rugged to perform reliably, unattended 24/7, in all climates.

For broadcasters who place audio quality and perfomance excellence above all other
considerations,the Fanfare monitor reproduces 99%+ of the original station signal with
astonishing clarity and accuracy of sound stage.

Introducing a NEW 'High Performance" FM Antenna 
for the 88-92MHz "College Band".

In response to the many requests for information on how to optimize reception on the 88-92MHz
band, we are very pleased to offer the remarkable, new, Fanfare FM-2GC FM vertical dipole
antenna. The "2GC" concentrates its considerable energy on the midband of 90MHz so that all
College Band frequencies are given the same reception power as if they were at the middle of
the FM band. However, its versatility as an 'all-band' antenna is still available for local FM stations
up to the top of the band. Also, if the listener desires equal reception of both the College Band and
the regular FM band (at 100MHz) the model FM2GC may be combined with the FM2G for peak
